Beat your quote: offer terms
Offered by Antero Software Pty Ltd (ACN 652 157 198), trading as DocGen. Effective 29 September 2026.
The offer
If you give us a legitimate current invoice or written quote for document generation or electronic signing services from another provider, we will offer you DocGen for a comparable scope at a price at least 50% lower than the equivalent amount on that invoice or quote.
What counts as legitimate
- It is a genuine invoice issued to, or a written quote addressed to, your organisation by a provider you currently use or are actively evaluating.
- It is current: issued within the last 12 months, or covering a period that includes today.
- It shows the services, volumes or licences being charged for, so we can match the scope.
- We may ask you to confirm details or provide supporting information, and we may decline documents we can't reasonably verify.
Comparable scope
We compare like with like: the document generation and signing functions, volumes, users, environments and support you actually receive. We compare recurring licence and subscription fees for the same term. One-off professional services, hardware, taxes and third-party pass-through charges are compared separately, or excluded, and we'll tell you which in writing.
If part of what you pay for today is something DocGen doesn't provide, we'll exclude it from the comparison and tell you so before you commit.
Our offer to you
- We'll give you a written price. The 50% saving is measured against the equivalent amount on your invoice or quote for the same term.
- The price is valid for 30 days from when we send it, and applies to the initial subscription term stated in your agreement.
- Migration of your existing templates is scoped and quoted as part of the offer.
- The offer is for new DocGen customers in Australia. It can't be combined with other discounts, and it doesn't apply to existing DocGen agreements.
Your documents
Anything you send us is used only to prepare and verify your price. It's seen only by the DocGen team, kept confidential, and deleted once we no longer need it, unless you become a customer and ask us to keep it. See our privacy statement.
General
We may change or end this offer for new requests at any time, but we will honour any written price we've already sent you for its 30 day validity. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
